Returns and refunds policy

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with the regulations in force in the European Union. For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

- Be unused
- Be in perfect condition
- Be in its original packaging
- Include all accessories and components

Return request: To start a return, you must first contact us at: zaratejon48@gmail.com

  Including:

- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos or videos (if necessary)

Important

- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above

Sending the return

Once the return request has been approved:

- We will provide the instructions and the corresponding return address
- Products must not be sent without prior authorization

Return costs

- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the following cases:
  - Defective product
  - Product damaged in transit
  - Error in the order

For returns due to withdrawal (change of mind), the customer will pay the return costs.

Product verification

To handle any issue, we may ask for:

- Photos
- Videos
- Any additional information needed to check the condition of the product

Exceptions

We do not accept returns of:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Personal use or hygiene products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Sale items or gift cards

Damage and issues

We recommend checking your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the problem and offer you a suitable solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

- We will let you know whether your refund has been approved
- If approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to process the refund.

Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

- Misuse of the product
- Knocks or drops
- Moisture or improper handling
- Normal wear and tear
- Use other than the intended use of the product

Additional information

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within the legal period and follow the return instructions provided by the store.

Once the request has been approved, we will provide the corresponding return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
